The Community
Apartment homes at The Flats open starting early 2027. Availability moves quickly, so we encourage you to join the interest list now. A member of our team will reach out personally when pre-leasing begins and help you secure your home as soon as it's ready.
1970 Knobby Pine Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80528, in southeast Fort Collins — 1.25 miles south of Harmony Road along Timberline, adjacent to Tailwinds Park and across the street from Bacon Elementary.

Homes & Features
We offer one, two, and three bedroom units, and have several options for each of our available floor plans to ensure everyone finds the perfect floor plan for them. See the floor plans page for more information.
Every home includes full-size ENERGY STAR® appliances, quartz countertops, a subway tile backsplash, and a kitchen island or peninsula, along with luxury vinyl flooring throughout, including every bedroom. Extra-large windows, window treatments, and bedroom ceiling fans complete each home, in addition to an in-home washer and dryer and full access to community amenities. Most homes also include a private balcony or patio.

Yes. Parking details, including garage and covered options, are confirmed with pricing.
No. All homes are unfurnished.
Pets & Policies
Yes. The community includes a fenced off-leash dog park and an indoor dog wash station. Breed, weight, and fee details will be published with the lease terms.
The Flats is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted in the homes or anywhere on the property, so every resident enjoys clean air at home.
Amenities
Residents have access to all amenities: a resort-style heated pool and spa, 24/7 fitness center with sauna, clubhouse with game room and speakeasy, outdoor kitchen and fire pits, dog park, and dog wash. Full list on the amenities page.

The Neighborhood
Poudre School District serves the community. Confirm current attendance boundaries with the district. See schools for the closest campuses.
